These Terms govern the use of the Gadiyo Partner application operated by Birtik Tech Private Limited.

By registering as a partner, you agree to these Terms.

1. Partner Role

Partners may include:

Partners can:

• • accept booking requests
• • communicate with customers

2. Independent Contractor Status

Partners are independent service providers.

Partners are not employees, agents, or representatives of Birtik Tech Pvt Ltd.

The Company only provides a technology platform.

3. Partner Responsibilities

Partners must:

• • hold a valid driving license
• • maintain valid vehicle documents
• • comply with transportation laws
• • maintain safe vehicles
• • behave professionally with customers

4. Document Verification

Partners may be required to provide:

• • driving license
• • vehicle registration certificate
• • insurance documents
• • identity proof

Providing false documents may result in permanent account termination.

5. Legal Compliance

Partners must comply with:

• • motor vehicle laws
• • local transport regulations
• • applicable government rules

The Company is not responsible for legal violations by partners.

6. Prohibited Activities

Partners must not use the platform for:

• • illegal transportation
• • drug trafficking
• • human trafficking
• • criminal activities
• • transporting illegal goods

Violation may result in account termination and legal reporting.

7. Criminal Liability

Partners are fully responsible for their actions.

Birtik Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for crimes committed by partners including:

• • kidnapping
• • assault
• • robbery
• • illegal drug transportation
• • fraud

8. Accident Responsibility

Partners are solely responsible for:

• • vehicle safety
• • accidents
• • injuries
• • damages

The Company shall not be liable for accidents or damages during rides.

9. Booking Acceptance

Partners may accept or reject booking requests.

Once a booking is accepted, partners are expected to:

• • communicate with customers
• • provide the agreed transportation service

10. Payments

Payments may occur:

• • directly between customer and partner
• • through payment options provided in the platform

Partners are responsible for handling payments properly.

11. Partner Account Suspension

The Company may suspend or terminate partner accounts for:

• • fraudulent activity
• • customer complaints
• • document violations
• • criminal activity

12. Limitation of Liability

Birtik Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for:

• • financial losses
• • accidents
• • disputes with customers
• • criminal acts

Partners operate independently.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
